This will work 32 hours per week, beginning in early June and run 8 weeks through early August. The will work onsite at our corporate headquarters in West Des Moines, IA.
Position Purpose:
The Business Process Automation will learn from the SharePoint and Automation team and partner with the Automation Task Force to contribute to the advancement of technology solutions, enhancing employee productivity and process efficiency. By documenting workflows through process mapping, developing and deploying cutting-edge automation solutions, and managing multiple tasks with precision, the will bring substantial value to ITA Group. This position provides hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPlatform tools, and a unique chance to explore various career paths within ITA, making it an exciting and invaluable experience for those passionate about technology and innovation.
Position Requirements:
- Education: Currently pursuing a degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field – or has demonstrated abilities in process automation.
- GPA: Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of programming concepts.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – skilled in logic puzzles, brainteasers and solving complex problems.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with different teams.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to document processes accurately.
