We’re supporting a consultancy that specialises in business and digital transformation, known for fostering strong relationships while designing and delivering large-scale, complex transformations worldwide. The end-client is in Consumer Healthcare.

At present, the legal function is incredibly stretched due to workload demands and is unable to effectively develop the structures and processes for how it will operate given limited bandwidth.

Key tasks

No work has commenced in setting up the structures and processes yet, hence the urgency for support from a dedicated SME resource.​

Processes in scope: ​

• Contracting ​
• Delineation of routine legal work vs strategic legal support​
• Legal WoW with functions​
• Legal boundary document for consumer health​
• Best practice templates ​
• Multi-jurisdictional litigation readiness ​
• Legal operations (incl. data maintenance)

Requirements

• Business process mapping and management experience
• An understanding of and previous application of legal processes
• You will also need to be a currently available independent consultant

Consultant; Senior Consultant; Manager; Senior Manager
