This is what #LifeAtBNY is all about.\n\nWe’re seeking a future team member for the role of Business Process Improvement & Best Practices (Conventional Trust) to join our Operational Change team. This role is located in Manchester, UK, and will work a Hybrid schedule (3 days per week in-office required).\n\nIn this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways: \n\nIndependently defines and gathers requirements for business process improvement using analytics provided by more junior team members.

Uses own judgement, complex decision-making abilities and extensive industry experience when determining a plan of action. \n\nLeads best practices initiatives involved with the implementation of multiple large, full-scale projects or a portion of a complex, function-level project. \n\nMay enlist and co-ordinate the support of more junior team members\n\nUses extensive experience and industry knowledge to recommend more efficient solutions if necessary. As well as readying existing processes for automation.\n\nSupports testing of new or enhanced applications and/or systems. Tasks include case development, requirement traceability analysis, test preparation, script writing, and functional test execution\n\nCoaches and provides guidance to more junior staff, may enlist their support on projects. \n\nTo be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following: \n\nBachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.\n\n5+ years of total work experience .

Technical experience .\n\nKnowledge of the software development process (can be through scrum/ lean agile or standard SDLC).\n\nKnowledge or qualifications relating to UI/UX practices.\n\nExperience or knowledge of Corporate Trust business is desirable.\n\nAt BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
