Business Solution Architect - 60421

We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our prime clients for a position of Business Solution Architect to work in - Doral, FL (Miami) on Hybrid basis.Pay Rate: $75 - $80/hr

Required Qualifications (in order of importance):

• Strong experience in Python development (5+ years of head-down work)
• Strong experience in REST APIs creating/writing, exposing, and consuming (not just consumers). Use Flask
• ORM experience
• Postgres (Relational database experience). SQL
• Experience in Distributed systems
• Experience in AWS environment
• CI/CD Kubernetes

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend infrastructure systems and platforms.
• Design and implement REST APIs to support application needs.
• Build and maintain the backend of the entire application, including microservices.
• Make critical foundational decisions to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Optimize and maintain relational databases, particularly Postgres.
• Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprints and contributing to continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Senior-level experience as a Backend Engineer.
• Proven experience working on distributed systems.
• Strong proficiency in Python development.
• Extensive experience with REST APIs, including creating, writing, exposing, and consuming them (using Flask).
• Solid understanding of Object-Relational Mapping (ORM).
• Hands-on experience with Postgres and SQL, including query optimization and joins.
• Familiarity with AWS environments and services.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools, particularly Kubernetes.
• Experience working in an Agile development environment.
