A Birmingham-based Insurance Company is seeking to add a Client Services/Business Analyst to their exceptional team. The candidate will support business growth through the organization’s existing technology and the integration of new technology into existing systems.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate maximum efficiency of all departments of the company while ensuring and maintaining data accuracy.
- Maintain knowledge of all software processes and procedures, including how the various administrative settings in the Policy and Billing software affect those processes.
- Agency maintenance, which includes requesting and processing Broker Agreements, setting up new agencies, updating existing agency contacts, transferring book of business, and other related tasks.
- Responsible for member and agency/broker account data management.
- Serve as the first line of support for computer hardware and software troubleshooting before escalating to the external IT Systems Administrator.
- Recommend best IT practices to management
- Provide training and support to users
- Respond to hardware/software help-desk requests from office personnel
- Coordinate the deployment of software releases
- Perform administrative tasks in a timely manner during renewal season
Responsibilities
