Eastridge Workforce Solutions is seeking a Business Systems Analyst for our client in San Diego, CA. This is an opportunity to work with a dynamic team in a regulated manufacturing environment, driving process improvements and system optimization.

• Location: San Diego, CA
• Pay: $35 - $60 per hour
• Shifts Available: Day Shift

What You’ll Do:

• Maintain and support business processes, collaborating with leadership to optimize system utilization.
• Troubleshoot system issues, escalate when necessary, and provide end-user training.
• Manage master data and system configurations in alignment with regulatory guidelines.
• Act as a liaison between business units and global enterprise system teams.
• Participate in system change management initiatives and process documentation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field with 2+ years of experience (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in a regulated, medical device, or manufacturing setting .
