Business Systems Analyst – Sales Operations Technology & Enablement
Employment Type: Right-to-Hire
We're looking for a Business Systems Analyst to join our Sales Operations Technology & Enablement team—a group that bridges business needs with scalable, user-centric systems. In this role, you'll play a critical part in supporting and enhancing platforms that drive commercial operations, especially Salesforce, Experience Cloud, and other integrated sales tools.

Key Responsibilities
System & User Support

Serve as the first line of support for Salesforce and other sales tools

Troubleshoot user-reported issues and coordinate with admins/developers for resolution

Maintain system performance and ensure stable day-to-day operations
Business Analysis & Process Improvement
-
Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for optimization
-
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
-
Recommend system enhancements that align with business objectives
Requirements Gathering & Documentation

Translate business needs into clear user stories and functional requirements
-
Develop supporting documentation, including process flows, test cases, and training materials
Testing & Quality Assurance

Participate in testing for new features, bug fixes, and system upgrades

Support UAT efforts and validate that solutions meet defined business needs
Training & Communication

Create and deliver training content to support adoption and best practices
-
Communicate system updates and enhancements to stakeholders
Reporting & Data Insights

Build or support reports and dashboards to monitor usage, adoption, and performance
-
Help teams leverage data to inform decisions and improve processes
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Sales, IT, Marketing, Customer Experience, and others to deliver impactful solutions

Facilitate alignment across departments for project success
Continuous Improvement

Stay current on platform capabilities and emerging technologies

Contribute ideas to drive innovation and enhance the user experience
Qualifications
Required
-
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, or related field
-
3–5 years of experience in business/systems analysis with a record of successful implementations
-
Experience supporting CRM systems or customer portals (Salesforce )

Strong skills in documenting requirements, workflows, and system enhancements

Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, Jira, Lucidchart, or similar
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge business and technical conversations
-
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Proactive mindset with curiosity and a passion for learning

Hands-on experience with Salesforce (admin, reporting, or support)

Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies
-
Experience facilitating stand-ups, documenting user stories, managing backlogs, and participating in sprints

Background in manufacturing or experience working in similar industries

Understanding of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends
