Business Systems Analyst (iManage)\n\n\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Systems Analyst specializing in iManage to join our London based law firm on an initial 6 month fixed term contract basis.\n\n\nBusiness Systems Analyst (iManage)\n\n\nSummary:\n\nThis role will form part of a team responsible for providing technical support for the firmwide Business Systems including iManage Cloud and other legal applications.\n\n\nBusiness Systems Analyst (iManage)\n\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n* iManage Document Management\n\n* Legal applications, Interaction, Bighand, etc\n\n* Application packaging and distribution using SCCM\n\n\nBusiness Systems Analyst (iManage)\n\n\nAttributes/Skills:\n\n* Extensive iManage document management knowledge in a multi-library environment - On Prem \n and Cloud iManage and SPM.\n\n* Managing and maintaining iManage Cloud solutions, overseeing migration processes, \n troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring system security and compliance.\n\n* Evidence of experience proving operational 3rd line support across legal applications in \n an international organisation with multiple data centres.\n\n\nBusiness Systems Analyst (iManage)\n\nIn accordance with the Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003, this position is advertised based upon DGH Recruitment Limited having first sought approval of its client to find candidates for this position.\n\nDGH Recruitment Limited acts as both an Employment Agency and Employment Business
