Duties : Come join our Virtual Expert Platform (VEP) team as a Staff Business Systems Analyst. At the center of every great company are great systems and processes. This business systems analyst will partner with our Growth and Retention Product Management team to design, develop and/or champion innovation with our Customer Success Product Management teams to provide new ways to delight our customers and deliver revenue for Intuit. In this role you will leverage our onboarding tool and configurations to proactively help our customers across our products at multiple digital touch points. You will also design, develop and configure for integrations with other platforms through agile development and coordinated releases.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture. In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.

Responsibilities:
- Facilitate requirement gathering for onboarding experiences by collaborating with Product Managers, analysts and engineers. Capture desired experience and success metrics.
- Collaborate with the platform Product Manager for prioritization.
- Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework which include clear acceptance criteria and take into account dependencies on other stories and/or initiatives.
- Share experience onboarding requirements with other downstream platform teams and drive delivery by following the agile development process.
- Onboard maintain experiences via a self-serve tool and configurations.
- Collaborate and contribute with the proactive help platform engineering team to design and develop new integrations.
- Develop functional and/or non-functional prototypes to gain alignment/acceptance.
- Ensure end to end onboarding and release of experiences followed by reporting as per defined success metrics.

Required Skills :
- Solid knowledge and hands on JSON and YAML configuration.
- Experience with Java using Spring Framework, Spring Boot, unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).
- A self-motivated person who can influence and drive cross-functional, cross-geo teams, promoting timely and effective communication.
- Experience with Agile development and methodologies.
- Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch on time.
- A strong sense of urgency to help customers and the ability to identify insights and deliver quality, innovative experiences quickly.

Education (if required) : BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
