Job Summary:

Bailey Industries, Inc. is seeking a skilled Cabinet Service Technician to join our team. This role involves performing cabinet and countertop repairs, adjustments, replacements, and installations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in all phases of cabinetry, including laminating, refinishing, and installations, ensuring all work meets Bailey Industries’ high-quality standards and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute cabinet and countertop adjustments, repairs, refinishing, laminating, and installations as assigned within the scheduled time frame.
• Maintain open communication with your supervisor or manager about job status, location, tool or supply needs, delays, and any concerns that arise.
• Ensure company property, including tools, equipment, or vehicles, are well-maintained, conducting daily checks, and reporting any issues to the Service Manager.
• Follow the company’s workflow processes for paperwork, adhering to all company policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Attendance: Must comply with Bailey Industries' attendance policy.
• Education/Experience: Technical trade school certification in woodworking or carpentry is required; prior cabinet manufacturing or installation experience is .
• Driving Record: Clean driving record is a must.
• Tools: Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and a tape measure.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary to complete accurate reports, work orders, and provide clear status updates.
• Reading Skills: Ability to read and interpret shop drawings, blueprints, technical procedures, and product specifications.

• Battery Drill, Hammer, Chisels, Screwdrivers, File, Pliers
• Hand Saw, Table Saw, Chop Saw, Jig Saw, Router
• Sander, Air Compressor, Nail Gun, Generator, Tape Measure
