Job Title: Cad Cam Manager

Location: Huntsville, Alabama

Salary: DOE -80-100K

This laboratory's primary need is for a candidate with a strong technical foundation and proven experience in managing technical teams within a dental laboratory environment. The candidate needs to be deeply versed in the day-to-day operations of scanning, designing, milling, and printing processes.

Ideally, the candidate will possess:

-Extensive hands-on experience in all aspects of digital dental technology (scanning, design, milling, printing).

-3shape experience in Implants, Crown & Bridge, and Removable

-A proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams of dental technicians.

-The ability to maintain and enhance quality standards and departmental throughput.

-Knowledge or experience in scaling CAD/CAM operations within a dental laboratory setting.

We require a manager who can not only lead but also provide technical guidance and support to our team. There are 8 mills, 13 printers, 4 scanners, and 13 team members on this team.
