What Youll Be Doing:

• Develop 2D shop drawings from architectural specs, digital templates, and customer inputs
• Occasionally generate 3D models and assembly drawings
• Design efficient material layouts to maximize yield and minimize waste
• Create CNC and waterjet programs via CAD/CAM software for stone cutting and finishing
• Perform calculations related to tolerances, thicknesses, and installation factors
• Support internal teams by providing technical drawings, clarifications, and custom design solutions
• Document and manage revisions, updates, and final project files within internal systems
• Contribute to continuous improvement of drafting and production workflows

What You Bring:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with CAD/CAM software
• Ability to read architectural drawings, blueprints, and technical schematics
• Strong problem-solving mindset and spatial reasoning skills
• Exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects under deadlines
• Clear, collaborative communicator comfortable working across departments
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and willing to pitch in when needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in stone fabrication or the countertop industry
• Experience with 3D modeling and CNC programming in a production environment
