CAD Operator:

Creative Environments, an industry leader in pool, spa and landscape design is looking to add a talented CAD Operator to our team!

Job description/duties:

• Preparing conceptual Pool and Landscape designs in coordination with our design team for client presentation. This includes plan graphics, accurate legends for pricing, and overall aesthetic.
• Coordinating with design and construction teams to provide accurate plans, details, and deliver award-winning outdoor living environments.
• Depending on skill level and aptitude, plan rendering and 3D illustration.
• Cooperating with landscape design professionals to develop landscape plans and produce accurate and thoughtful designs.
• Coordinating with our design team to make sure client expectations are set and delivered on, following-up on all design details to ensure a successful project build.

• Higher level of competency with CAD 2009 or newer is REQUIRED.
• Design, Landscape, Pool & Spa, and/or Construction background a plus.
• Basic Microsoft Office competency.
• Time management
