Must Have Technical/Functional Skills





Software Administration: 3-5 years of experience in administering SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and PTC Windchill PLM or related software administration.





Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in software packaging and deployment, scripting (e.g., AutoIT, PowerShell), and system integration.





Problem-Solving: Str ong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.





Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead high-performing teams and collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.





Documentation: Strong technical writing skills for creating detailed documentation and reports.





High Performing Teams (HPT): Experience working in or leading high-performing teams.





IT Service Management: Familiarity with IT service management frameworks.





Agile/DevOps Practices: Experience with SAFe, Agile, Kanban, or DevSecOps methodologies.





Roles & Responsibilities





The Senior Software Engineer SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and PTC Windchill PLM Integration is responsible for leading the deployment, administration, and maintenance of integrated engineering systems. This role involves providing technical leadership, troubleshooting complex issues, and implementing process improvements to ensure seamless integration and optimal performance. The engineer will compile and maintain detailed documentation, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational strategies and business goals.





Integration Support: Lead the deployment, administration, and maintenance of Solid Works, Creo, and NX integrated with PTC Windchill PLM, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.





Development and Implementation: Design, develop, and implement software solutions to enhance the functionality and integration of SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and Windchill PLM systems.





Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, guiding them through complex integration and deployment tasks.





Troubleshooting and Support: Offer advanced technical support and troubleshooting for issues related to SolidWorks, Creo, NX, and Windchill PLM integration, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve problems efficiently.





Process Optimization: Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the integrated systems.





Documentation: Compile, review, and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports, memoranda, and user manuals, to support the deployment and maintenance of the integrated systems.





Collaboration: Collaborate with IT, engineering, and project management teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational goals.





Innovation and Best Practices: Employ innovative methods based on proven research to support quality software deployments and ensure overall application health and performance.
