CAD Product Designer - Silver, China, Crystal, Corporate, and Export

Job Description

The Asprey Group are recruiting for a talented CAD Product Designer to work within our Silver, China, and Crystal Category in West London. The successful candidate will provide high quality, professionally executed, designs and artwork for:

• Design - Brand products for the Silver, Crystal & China Category
• Client bespoke requests
• Corporate – Trophies, Medals, Awards & Special Commission Gifts
• Export - Objet, VIP gifts and Silver & Crystal Gifts for Middle East Market
• CAD Presentation Concepts

Responsibilities

• Providing high quality designs & presentations for Corporate and Export enquiries within cost parameters
• Providing high quality reactive and proactive designs for showroom stock within cost parameters
• Producing high quality designs for silverware bespoke enquiries from the showroom sales team within cost parameters
• Assisting sales staff with customer presentations to maximise sales
• To monitor current trends and competition
• Attending trade fairs and exhibitions

Skills and Experience

• Strong Communicator, Highly Organised, Creative Flair
• BA Hons Degree – Silversmithing, or similar design course, or equivalent vocational training
• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Rhino or equivalent is essential
• 3D design/printing experience would be useful
• At least 3 years work experience as a CAD Designer in a commercial design role
• Portfolio of relevant work
