We are seeking a dynamic individual with a solid background in manufacturing and a passion for sustainable energy solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesCapacity Planning: Develop and implement capacity planning strategies to meet production goals and ensure optimal utilization of resources.Forecasting & Scheduling: Analyze demand forecasts and create detailed production schedules to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of planners and schedulers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including procurement, production, and logistics to align capacity plans with business objectives.Reporting & Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses on capacity utilization, efficiency metrics, and production performance for senior management.Required QualificationsExperience: 5-10 years of experience in manufacturing, with a proven track record in capacity planning and production management.Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
