Key Responsibilities

• Precisely cut, shape, and smooth lumber and other materials to exact measurements
• Complete projects efficiently using both raw materials and pre-constructed components
• Execute drywall repairs and other finishing tasks with high standards
• Inspect various sites to conduct necessary repairs or maintenance tasks

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of proven experience as a carpenter
• Hands-on expertise with a variety of carpentry materials and tools
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques and best practices
• Proficiency in using both electrical and manual equipment, such as saws, hammers, and measurement tools
• Strict adherence to safety protocols and guidelines
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills are a must
• Effective communication skills and a good command of English
• Solid math skills to ensure precise measurements and project accuracy
• Physical endurance and the ability to work in various conditions
• High school diploma or equivalent
