ROLE: Cell Assembly Process Engineer - Filling & Dosing Location: Italy, Southern Europe Are you ready to be a key player in Europe's energetic transition? Piper Maddox is partnered with a leading company, building a state-of-the-art Gigafactory in Southern Europe to produce cells, modules, and battery packs for Energy Storage, Industrial, and Special applications. They are now looking for a Process Engineering Manager to take full ownership of the Cell Assembly team. Responsibilities: Develop and optimize lithium-ion cell processes and equipment focusing on filling and dosing. Support senior management in executing the technological roadmap. Analyze production data to optimize efficiency and quality. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical and/or Automation Engineering. 3+ years of industry experience in Li-ion battery Cell Assembly process engineering. Experience in battery manufacturing environment preferred.
