Centralised Billing Coordinator

As our Area Billing Coordinator, you will be managing all aspects of the billing process within the Europe and CIS Area and making an impact with our customers and cash flow profitability in the area. This is a varied role with the opportunity to drive process improvements working with a wide range of stakeholders including sales, finance and external customers.

 

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Take initiative on communication with regards to customer accounts.
  • Proactively reviewing and maintaining follow up on outstanding invoices prior to late payment status.
  • Accurately billing transactions for sale, rental, and service within NOV’s relevant systems.
  • Investigating and actively problem solving on any open AR issues across the area.
  • Highlighting critical areas in the process for improvement to maximise positive AR trends.
