Randall Reilly Partners is hiring for a well established client, centered in Mentor, Ohio who is seeking to add to their technician staffs at many of their locations.

The Automotive Technician Mechanic position is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. This is an excellent opportunity for those who have worked flat-rate, are good at it and liked to be paid more per hour for every hour they produce as volume levels are attained weekly! Weekly minimum pay guarantee also!

Requirements for our Automotive Technicians include:

- minimum 3 years experience working in an automotive dealership setting
- ability to bring your own tools on site
- ability to pass a one time drug screen & nicotine test
- dealer certifications a PLUS!
