Change Program Manager
Job Description
An opportunity to manage the change pipeline for a newly created and growing team.
The Change Function is responsible for driving improvements in business processes and managing change initiatives from concept to benefits realisation.
As the Change Program Manager, you would provide oversight to ensure projects are on track, aligned with business outcomes, delivering value, and utilising your strong people management skills, to mentor and develop the teams.
Skills and experience:
- Lloyd's of London/London Market insurance experience is a must.
- People management experience, with a desire to grow and develop your team.
- Experience in an agile environment. Certifications are a nice to have, but not essential.
- Strong change management experience.
Hybrid: 2-3 days in the Birmingham office
