Channel Operations Channel Analyst (Contract)

W2 Contract 1 year

$40-50/hr

Distribution Sales Operations, youll work closely with our North American distribution partners and internal order management teams. Youll gain practical real-world knowledge of SFDC, SAP and order management processes. Additionally, youll gain an understanding of Incoterms and pricing models across disparate product segments and vertical industries.

What you'll be doing:

  • Working closely alongside our business analysts, to help identify, improve, and build key business processes for the Distribution Operations Team. The individual will help to process our DPA Ship & Debits, POS and Inventory reports while assisting with internal and external processes, making it easier to work for and/or to do business with us
  • Collaborate with Distribution partners, channel sales and internal cross functional teams to resolve quotes and pricing DPA claim related issues.
  • Strong knowledge of business acumen and a demonstrated ability to drive & gather additional insights through quantitative and qualitative data, enhancing overall business intelligence.
  • Participating in the full application life cycle (using company approved tools) from design to development, testing and deployment.

  • Strong Familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Excel, and Tableau, etc.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with business users and translate business needs into technology solutions.
  • Ability to successfully and effectively connect with all team members.
  • Experience in a sophisticated sales and channel environment, handling large, visible, demanding channel operations functions and partners
  • Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
