We often work on a project basis, and you will be able to expand your experience in project management and project lead.You will be in charge of managing contractors and improving operations and processes for the following tasks.- Payroll calculation (including inhabitant tax and year-end adjustment)- Various social insurance procedures (in cooperation with the company's labor consultant)- Collection and management of personal identification numbers- Responding to inquiries from employees- Other related workRoutine tasks are being automated, and we are working to strengthen our in-house customer service capabilities.There are several foreign nationals among our employees, enabling you to acquire value-added expertise beyond your previous experience.
