Then why not come and join us at the Radisson HotelGroup to Make Every Moment Matter! where our guests can relax and enjoy theirstay!The role is far more than just changing a lightbulb, in property maintenance we are committed not only to ensuring thateverything works as it should but where we strive to deliver a hospitalityexperience that is beyond expectation - creating memorable moments for ourguests.As Chief Engineer, you will join a team that ispassionate about delivering exceptional service where we believe that anythingis possible, whilst having fun in all that we do!Interested then why not say Yes I Can! as we arelooking for passionate people just like you!Key Responsibilities of the Chief Engineer:-Ensures the smooth running of the propertymaintenance department, where all areas are maintained to the highest levels-Works proactively to improve guest satisfactionand comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries-Develops and implements plans where propertymaintenance initiatives & hotel targets are achieved-Leads and manages the maintenance team,fostering a culture of growth, development and performance within thedepartment-Prepares and is responsible for thedepartmental budget, ensuring that costs and inventory are controlled, thatproductivity and performance levels are attained-Builds and maintains effective workingrelationships with all key stakeholders-Establishes and delivers an effective plannedpreventative maintenance programme to address maintenance and environmental andconservation matters-Ensures adherence and compliance to alllegislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities areplanned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performingfollow-up as requiredRequirements of the Chief Engineer:Degree in Engineering-Mechanical/ Civil or ElectricalAvailable for at least 3 rounds of face to face interviews in Dubai-Proven experience in property maintenance withstrong problem-solving capabilities-Excellent leadership skills with a hands-onapproach and lead-by-example work style-Commitment to exceptional guest service with apassion for the hospitality industry-Ability to find creative solutions, offeringadvice and recommendations-Personal integrity, with the ability to work inan environment that demands excellence, time and energy-Experienced in using IT systems on variousplatforms-Strong communication skills-Strong negotiations skills-Ability to influence stakeholders-Ability to work closely with Owning company,GM and Project Managers ARABIC LANGUAGE IS PREFERREDCAREERSJoin us in our mission to make every moment matter for our guests and be partof the most inspired hotel company in the world.
