What You Will DoEnsure the accurate of SAP data (BOM/routing/packaging data…), and meet complement lead time.Routing/ST monthly review and analysis: for Paid efficiency and labor efficiency is over 100% to take actions.Work with cross team to meet the goals of IE in terms of productivity improvement, lean project cost saving.Be responsible for new line setting up/Maintenance/line layout/Routing/line balancing/effi. Improvement/std time/scrap rate improvement/IE knowledge training.Fully responsible for IE responsibilities in terms of quality & response timeQuotation support for new project and provide the accurate process time to make our cost more competitiveImplement the EHS related requirement in IE department.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)BS, major in Industrial Engineering.At least 6 years work experience with IE related, Basic knowledge on IE skills,.Good communication skills.Familiarity with Kaizen/Lean improvement and good layout design skill.Knowledge of MES operation system.Have strong leadership & problem solving with PDCA.Additionally, everyone has individual work and personal needs.
