Position: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Location: Murfreesboro, TN

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide strategic financial leadership and guidance in all aspects of real estate development projects, from land acquisition through construction and project completion.

- Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize project profitability, cash flow management, and risk mitigation.

- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for multiple development initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and industry best practices.

- Manage financial reporting, including variance analysis, financial statements, and presentations to stakeholders, investors, and board members.

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, construction, legal, and operations to ensure financial feasibility and compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

- Evaluate investment opportunities, conduct due diligence, and assess financial viability of potential projects and acquisitions.

- Implement robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

- Lead and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement.

- Transparent communication with management team and clients

- Ownership in process compliance and accurate KPI reporting

- Results oriented mindset with attention to detail

- Challenge the status quo for companies’ growth towards excellence

**Requirements:**

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA .

- Proven track record (10+ years) in senior financial management roles within the real estate development industry, with specific experience in land acquisition, development, and new construction.

- Deep understanding of real estate finance, including project financing, capital structuring, and investment analysis.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex financial data to drive strategic decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a proactive and results-oriented approach to problem-solving.

- High level of integrity, ethics, and professionalism.
