Civil Engineer

IMPORTANT This position requires the candidate to have a B1/B2 visa to start the process since he/she will be taking a sponsored training in the US. We provide the TN working visa as well. Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Manager who will be responsible for overseeing construction projects within our mobile home park business. The Construction Manager will be responsible for ensuring construction projects are completed within budget, on time, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This individual will be responsible for monitoring and overseeing construction activities, coordinating with vendors, conducting site visits, and ensuring all necessary permits and approvals are obtained. Key Responsibilities: Conduct on-site visits to assess construction progress and ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards. Coordinate and communicate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of construction projects. Oversee the scheduling and timely delivery of construction materials and equipment. Verify the quality of work performed by contractors and vendors. Review invoices and ensure payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Conduct regular audits of construction projects to ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and specifications. Gather and organize necessary information related to construction projects and maintain accurate records. Assist in the preparation and submission of permit applications and other regulatory documentation. Attend meetings and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and management. Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Qualifications: Advanced English level is a must. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. 2+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in the mobile home park industry. Knowledge of relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards. Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications. Knowledge of construction industry practices and standards. Experience with construction project management software is a plus.
