Civil Engineer

Job Title: Engineer (EIT )





Job Description:





We are seeking a motivated Engineer with a focus on land development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in the field, with a background that includes 1-2 years as a draftsman and a progression towards mid-level engineering roles.





Responsibilities:





Contribute to land development projects





Work closely with senior engineers and team members





Draft and design plans and blueprints





Ensure projects meet all necessary standards and regulations





Gain trust and establish credibility within the team





Qualifications:





2-3 years of relevant experience in engineering and drafting





Bachelors in Civil Engineering





Civil 3D Experience required, AutoCAD





Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification ; working towards Professional Engineer (PE) is a plus





Strong background in land development projects preferably in the DFW area





Excellent communication and teamwork skills





Ability to work on-site to foster collaboration and trust with team members
