Compiles and authors technical reports, grant applications, and project documentation for agricultural development. Reviews project parameters, bid packages, supplier and subcontractor proposals, process flow data, and technical reports for accuracy and compliance.Documentation and Correspondence: Summarizes and documents site conditions, recurring or milestone project meetings, and project correspondence for both internal and external presentations.Project Management: Oversees pre-development, design, and new construction activities by reviewing project specifications, blueprints, and plans. Provides input on estimates and budgets, determines staging requirements, assigns team members and subcontractors, and manages day-to-day project progress from initial construction to delivery.Project Planning and Scheduling: Participates in and/or leads project planning meetings, assists in developing project scope and specifications, and prepares project budgets, timelines, and construction schedules.Stakeholder Communication: Maintains regular communication with key business leaders to provide status updates on project progress.Site Inspections and Problem Resolution: Conducts site inspections to monitor progress, support team members, and address issues as they arise.
