• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (required).
• Licensure: Professional Engineering registration in the State of Ohio ().
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in land development engineering.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of local, state, and federal codes and regulations.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in using computer systems for effective project design and management.
• Leadership: Ability to manage multiple projects and lead diverse project teams.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, planning, teamwork, decision-making, judgment, and problem-solving abilities.
