Civil Engineer

1. Direct day to day correctivemaintenance activities at project site include daily scheduling ofprograms and handling the complete resources in project dedicatedto civil works
2. Ensuring efficient and competenthandling of resources without losing of man hours at siteand following up till every works are completed at site incoordination with site supervisor /foreman.
3. Assisting project manager inimplementation of corrective maintenance works from workorder receive to close out period.
4. Assist inchasing / followup and closing the work orders in compliance totarget finish date.
5. Conduct inspection at sitewith regards to record and rectify the defects and submit proposalsfor its rectification works.
6. Develop requireddocuments for site implementation such as method statement costestimate and specifications as per BOQ / Contract for currentmaintenance contract.
7. Preparation / review ofjoint measurement sheets to be submitted to RTA upon completion ofeach CM works comparing with plan andactual
8. Routine coordination with RTA for siteissues & undertakes joint inspections upon completion ofeach works.
9. Coordination with anysubcontractors / supplier for the completion of all the works on /before time.
10. Regularly study the newdevelopments taking place in construction / maintenance industryand keeping an up to date knowledge to different area ofdomain.
11. Efficient tracking and follow up thework orders created through Maximo software and following up thework orders to be created by RTA / Coordinating to compleate thework orderscompetently.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor ofCivil Engineering from a reputeduniversity
• Minimum of 10 years of experience ina similar capacity in Infrastructureprojects
