Overview:
Our client is seeking a Civil Engineer to join their Land Development team, reporting to a Department Manager. The role involves designing private development projects, including residential subdivisions, commercial real estate, and industrial parks. Additional responsibilities include budget management, client relations, quality control, and mentoring junior staff. The job requires both office and field work.
Qualifications:
· B.S. in Civil Engineering or related field.
· Licensed Civil Engineer with 3-5 years of experience.
· Experience in AutoCAD (Civil 3D ) and Microsoft Office (Word & Excel).
· Strong communication and project management skills.
