The candidate, looking to join a growing team, should have 3 years or more of experience as a civil engineer.

Position will support a wide range of projects related to stormwater, erosion and sediment control, infrastructure design, and grading for commercial, multifamily, retail, and residential properties.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assess project feasibility, develop project plans, and determine resource requirements.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and communication with the respective jurisdictions, effectively.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Initial Site Investigation, to assess the project viability and constraints.
• Perform analysis and design calculations for various site elements and property conditions (whether residential, commercial, industrial, retail).
• Perform quality control review on work completed by Junior members assigned to a specific project rooted in candidate's technical understanding of engineering.
• Stay current with local, state, and federal regulations and codes impacting our business.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software.
• Prior experience in leading projects, or elements of an overall project, is .
• Strong knowledge of the fundamentals of civil engineering, design standards, and construction methods.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Education:

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering; PE is preferrable.
