Director of Land Development Requirements:

• 15+ years of land development for large commercial & residential projects
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineer's license for the state of Texas
• Knowledge of permitting, planning and site civil development
• Able to manage projects and grow the business in the region
• Experience managing a team and providing excellent leadership
