Civil Engineer (m/f/d) Full Time Telok Panglima Garang, Selangor, Malaysia With Professional Experience 7/4/24 The Naue Group's in-house E ngineering and Design Department (EDD) supports the Naue sales divisions in the development of customer-oriented geotechnical solutions in all fields of application. Your Profile: Preferably a Master’s degree, at least a Bachelor’s degree, or comparable qualification in science or industrial engineering / geotechnical-related discipline Highly developed language skills, excelling in English, both written and verbal Minimum five years’ experience in commercial or regulatory engineering business practices Experience in the design and use of geosynthetics in a wide range of applications Ability to effectively deliver technical presentations appropriate to the knowledge level of the audience Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and self-disciplined approach Knowledge and experience of working with multi-disciplinary teams to provide technical project support Convincing appearance, open, clear communication, and enjoying teamwork Ability to establish and maintain personal, good business relationships Based in the Kuala Lumpur Metropolitan Region Your Tasks: To provide application engineering design and technical marketing support for all sales and business development activities, primarily in the APAC region and other regions To work closely and as part of the EDD team based at the company’s headquarters in Germany Responsible for design-related project-focused engineering work for EDD To support project-specific and generic geosynthetic specification work to support sales To deliver technical seminars and product training for internal and external staff Coordinate with Business Development Managers and the Sales Director to generate specifications for new projects in the market To work with testing institutes, consultants, government agencies, authorities, and contractors To provide technical consulting of engineering offices and authorities in the selection and application of our geosynthetics Participation in relevant trade fairs and regular visits to customers and partners To work closely with the Sales Director’s internal and external sales teams to deliver the clients’ needs We offer: A highly attractive, performance-related salary with benefit such as local statutory contribution, insurance coverage, medical & others allowances and etc An exciting opportunity to join an ambiguous, Asia expanding internationally successful company A thorough induction and technical training by globally renowned geosynthetic experts, in Asia and Germany You need to enjoy working with public authorities, engineering firms and construction companies to develop technically sophisticated solutions, and you look forward to successfully concluding specifications and design work.
