BlueWave is hiring a Civil Project Manager for a growing client located in Newburgh, NY.
This person will be overseeing the development of a wide range of education-focused civil/site projects using the latest advancements in industry technology
Responsibilities:
- Preparing proposals and managing fee, scope, and schedules for K-12 projects
- Working in an interdisciplinary team of architects, MEP engineers, and district facility directors to plan and design capital improvement projects
- Leading and managing a site/civil design team from the schematic stage to construction-level documents including the production of drawings and technical specifications for SED approval, bidding, and construction administration
