We’re looking for a dynamic and ambitious Civil Engineer to join our team in Orlando, FL. This role is perfect for a talented professional early in their career who holds an Engineer in Training (EIT) license and has a passion for both engineering and client interaction. This position will play a critical role in our projects by supporting engineering functions while also bridging communication with multinational partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with civil engineering design and planning across diverse project sites
• Work closely with project management to support project timelines and deliverables
• Collaborate across multinational teams and clients, ensuring effective communication and understanding of project requirements
• Support business development efforts by leveraging knowledge of engineering and basic sales principles
• Contribute to the preparation of engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Engineer in Training (EIT) license required
• Some experience or interest in sales, client relations, or project management
• Ability to work effectively with teams across cultural and boundaries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software
