Estimator - Civil Engineering, trainee or experienced



Location - Corringham, Essex



Salary - Trainee - £30,000 to £35,000, Experienced depending on experience

A leading civil engineering and building contractor, that's known for delivering high-quality projects across London, the South East, and East Anglia. Looking for an Estimator to be part of their success. Current turnover between £3M and £5M, looking to be at £10M in 5 years. They don't chase work they chase profit.

What will you be doing?



Turning drawings and specs into accurate cost estimates

Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers & subcontractors

Helping stay competitive while maintaining quality

Collaborating with engineers and project managers



Who are they looking for?



✔ Experience in estimating (construction/civil engineering), or fresh out of uni

✔ Strong analytical and numerical skills

✔ Great communication & negotiation abilities

✔ Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
