A consulting firm specializing in civil engineering, surveying, land planning and environmental compliance is seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee and assist in preparation of detailed civil engineering drawings of grading plans, road and utility profiles, road design, and project       specific details using AutoCAD Civil 3D.

- Research regulatory requirements and design standards.

- Preparation of site development plans for large and small scale residential, commercial, multi-use and master planned communities.

- Preparation of storm drainage reports to meet Department of Ecology and jurisdiction requirements

- coordination and meetings with clients, staff and governmental jurisdictions.

- Project Construction coordination

- Complete project goals within scope and budget.

Qualifications:

-- Minimum 3 years private or public sector project experience. Professional Engineer License but not required.

- Proficient in Civil 3D 2018 or Newer

- Stormwater modeling Utilizing WWHM

- Independently and efficiently prepare construction plans

- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients and tasks in an organized manner

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high standard of work

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

This is a full time, in office position paying hourly for 40 hours per week with overtime paid at 1.5 times hourly rate. The compensation program recognizes and rewards employees for their hard work by offering annual performance-based bonuses.
