Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking a client focused problem-solver to join our collaborative and innovative water resources team. Responsibilities include serving as the project manager and mentoring project staff; designing and leading water resources engineering projects; evaluating and analyzing existing projects; preparing reports, cost estimates, specifications, design plans, schedules, studies, and permit applications; performing QA/QC tasks; establishing and maintaining client relationships; working with clients to develop projects; preparing scoping documents, estimates, and marketing strategies for proposed projects; and assembling teams for specific pursuits. Travel will be required.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in civil engineering or related engineering field from an accredited college and at least seven years of relevant work experience

If no degree, at least eleven years of relevant work experience.

Qualifications:


The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:

Project management experience for flood risk reduction or site civil projects

Experience preparing drawings and specifications for water conveyance and control, flood risk reduction, and/or site civil design projects

Experience coordinating and managing multi-disciplinary teams

Involvement with business development

A CA PE license
