Responsibilities: Cost Estimation:Prepare accurate cost estimates for groundworks and civil engineering projects. Budget Management:Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost control. Contract Administration:Administer contracts, including variations and claims. Measurement and Valuation:Measure quantities, assess work completed, and value variations. Subcontractor Management:Manage subcontractor agreements, payments, and performance. Risk Assessment:Identify and mitigate project risks related to costs and contracts. Reporting:Provide regular reports on project financials and progress. Requirements: Experience:Minimum of 5 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor in groundworks and civil engineering projects. Qualifications:Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying. Technical Skills:Proficient in cost estimation, contract administration, and measurement. Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Team Player:Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with project teams.
