Civil Estimator

For Asphalt Estimators or Cost Estimation for an innovative asphalt and civil construction company. A Permanent Full Time role within a sustainability-focused organization. Requires: Proven experience specific to asphalt  projects, especially in roads, car parks, patchwork milling, filling, and underground utility management. Salary guide: $90,000 - $120,000 per annum. Location: Richmond & Hawkesbury NSW. Your normal day will involve: Preparing detailed cost estimates, tenders, and quotes for asphalt and civil projects. Reviewing project specifications, blueprints, and client requirements to determine scope. Sourcing and negotiating competitive rates from suppliers and subcontractors. Conducting site visits to assess project conditions and requirements. Collaborating with project managers to plan schedules and budgets. Managing and maintaining client and stakeholder relationships throughout the tendering process. Staying updated on industry trends, material costs, and labor rates to ensure competitive pricing.
