We are a small firm seeking several positions in Civil Litigation, Immigration and Family Law to become part of our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings at all litigation and pre-litigation levels, draw up legal documents and advise clients on legal transactions and conduct trials. We are interested in all levels of experience and are willing to train if necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in court or before government agencies
• Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
• Advise clients on general basic civil litigation matters
• Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations
• Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
• Represent clients in trial if attorney has such experience

​​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in law
• Familiarity with various legal documents
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Spanish would be a definite plus
