This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the development and growth of the Civil Litigation department across multiple offices. Key Responsibilities: Managing a varied caseload of civil litigation matters, including contract disputes, property disputes, debt recovery, and personal injury claims. Providing high-quality legal advice and representation to clients on a range of civil litigation matters. Working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment, with the Beaconsfield role ideal for a more junior candidate seeking development and mentoring. Actively participating in the business development and marketing efforts of the department. Liaising with clients, opposing parties, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient case progression. Attending court hearings and undertaking advocacy where appropriate.Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ PQE in civil litigation, with experience in managing your own caseload.
