Role Description


This is a full-time remote role for a Civil Litigation Solicitor at Legal Peace Solicitors. The role involves handling civil litigation cases, providing legal advice, representing clients in court, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications


Legal knowledge and expertise in Civil Litigation


Familiarity with Family Law principles


Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


Excellent communication and negotiation abilities


Ability to work independently and remotely


Qualified solicitor with practicing certificate in the relevant jurisdiction for at least 5 years


Experience in litigation, mediation and dispute resolution
