CIVIL PLANNING ENGINEER (IMMEDIATE)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Civil Planning Engineer with experience in large scale projects to join our dynamic team based in Abu Dhabi JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Project Planning: Develop detailed project schedules and plans for airport construction projects, ensuring all activities are properly sequenced and integrated.Scheduling: Create and maintain project schedules using industry-standard software (e.g., Primavera P6), ensuring alignment with project milestones and deadlines. Coordination: Work closely with project managers, site managers, and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and resolve any planning issues. Progress Monitoring: Monitor and report on project progress, identifying any deviations from the plan and proposing corrective actions. Resource Management: Plan and allocate resources efficiently to ensure project deadlines are met. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project schedule and develop mitigation strategies. Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including progress reports, schedules, and planning documents. Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to provide updates on project status and address any planning-related queries or concerns. Compliance: Ensure all planning activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices. KEY QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field. Must be immediately available to join and work in the UAE. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Civil Planning Engineer, with a focus on airport construction projects. Proven experience working with main contractors on large-scale construction projects. Proficiency in project planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and MS Office Suite. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles, construction methodologies, and airport project requirements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
