Are you a skilled Civil Engineering Project Manager ready to lead impactful projects while working alongside a passionate, multidisciplinary team? Civil Engineering Associates, Inc. is looking for a driven professional to join our South Burlington, VT office and help shape the future of sustainable site and infrastructure development.
What You’ll Do
As a Project Manager at CEA, you’ll take the lead on diverse and exciting projects across urban, recreational, residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with engineers, environmental scientists, and landscape architects to craft innovative site/civil engineering solutions.
- Leading design efforts in grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater systems.
- Managing projects and ensuring financial performance while cultivating strong client relationships.
- Engaging with clients, regulators, and stakeholders to solve challenges and align visions.
- Mentoring junior team members and driving technical excellence.
- Preparing designs, permits, and reports to bring complex projects to life.
Who You Are
You’re a creative problem-solver and a collaborative leader with:
- A BS in Civil Engineering (master’s degree a plus).
- 8+ years of professional experience, with 11+ years .
- A current PE license
- Experience with GIS, HydroCAD, or StormCAD is a bonus.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
