Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Civil Project Manager specializing in wastewater projects to join our team in Paris, IL. This role is responsible for managing wastewater infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet regulatory, budgetary, and timeline requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, project management expertise, and a results-driven approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, design, and execution of wastewater projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal wastewater regulations.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and municipal authorities.
• Lead project meetings and ensure clear communication among stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks proactively.
• Foster strong team collaboration and mentor junior team members.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering project management, specifically in wastewater.
• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license .
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Proficiency in project management software and industry-related tools.
