Position: Civil Rights Attorney
Location: Nevada (Remote and In-Person Opportunities Available)
Compensation: $500,000 to $2,000,000 annually, plus performance-based incentives

 

Overview:

Heath Fulkerson, an individual facing an illegal prosecution by the State of Nevada (Case Number: RCR20-107948, State of Nevada vs. Heath Fulkerson), seeks an accomplished Civil Rights Attorney to join his legal team. This role is pivotal in navigating the complexities of a high-profile case involving serious allegations of wrongful prosecution by the Nevada Attorney General's Office.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Representation: Provide comprehensive legal representation in civil rights matters related to wrongful prosecution and misconduct by state authorities.

Case Strategy Development: Collaborate on developing innovative legal strategies to withdraw a plea and combat unjust legal actions.

Team Leadership: Lead a team of legal professionals, fostering collaboration and accountability in achieving case objectives.

Client Advocacy: Advocate fiercely for the client's civil rights, ensuring all legal options are explored and utilized effectively.

Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough legal research and analysis of precedents, case law, and statutory regulations to support case development.

Public Relations Management: Work with public relations teams to manage media inquiries and public perception of the case.


Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Active license to practice law in Nevada.

Proven experience in civil rights litigation, particularly involving criminal justice and wrongful prosecution cases.

Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with a track record of successful outcomes in complex legal matters.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to diverse audiences.
