Civil Site Engineer
Job description We are looking for candidates who hold a degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline, with a solid foundation in civil construction principles. Ideally, you will have at least 2 years of experience in the industry, with exposure to projects valued between $5M to $25M. Your experience should demonstrate a strong understanding of civil construction methodologies, standards, and best practices, allowing you to hit the ground running in managing key aspects of site operations. As a Civil Site Engineer, you will need to have excellent communication skills, as this role requires you to work closely with various stakeholders, including site supervisors, subcontractors, and project managers. Strong teamwork skills are essential, as you'll be part of a collaborative environment where success is built on mutual support and shared knowledge. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the planning, execution, and management of civil construction projects. Ensure compliance with project specifications, timelines, and safety standards. Collaborate with site supervisors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders. Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and ensure timely reporting. Support the Project Manager in project coordination and administration. Manage procurement of materials and ensure efficient resource allocation.
